Homemade Burger Patties

Ingredients

·      1 cup Panko bread crumbs

·      1 tsp salt

·      Pepper, to taste

·      Garlic powder, to taste

·      1 tbsp dried chopped onion

·      2 eggs

·      1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

·      1.5 lbs ground beef



INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the Panko bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  2. Add the eggs and Worcestershire sauce and mix until combined.

  3. Add the dried chopped onion and mix again.

  4. Add the ground beef.

  5. Mix just until combined. Do not overmix.

  6. Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions.

  7. Form each portion into a ball, then gently smash down into burger patties.

  8. Cook on the grill, stovetop, or flat top until cooked to your preferred doneness.
